Trying to change your email address? If your goal was to change your email, once you've successfully reset your password and logged in, you can now see how to change your email address.
If you didn't get the password reset email
If you didn't receive our email, check:
that you're using the email address that you used to sign up with Wise
for any typos in your email address
your spam folder
all inboxes in your email. For example, for Gmail you may have different tabs set up for Primary, Social and Updates.
You can use your email's search bar to look for emails from "Wise" which will find the email and it'll show previous emails from us. If there aren't any previous emails, you're likely looking in the wrong email account.
AppleID users
If your email is hidden and you can't remember which one is connected to your Wise account, you can try to log in via social login. If you can't, you'd need to unhide your email address in your iCloud settings first, then go through our Trouble logging in? flow to get a password reset link.
