When will I receive my refund for the cancelled card payment?

Due to the way banks process refunds to a card, they can take a maximum of 10 working days, but are typically reflected back in your account in 2–5 working days. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to speed up this process.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 working days, please follow these steps:

  1. Download your Transfer Receipt: Locate the transaction in your account and download the PDF receipt.

  2. Locate the ARN: Open the PDF and scroll to the Refund Details section on the last page. You will find an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN).

  3. Contact your bank: Provide this PDF to your issuing bank. They can use ARN to track the funds and confirm the status of your refund.
