Why can't I unfreeze my card?
If you can't see the option to Unfreeze card, it's because we've had to restrict it for security reasons. This can happen if we detect suspicious activity.
When your card is restricted, it's also frozen, and you won't be able to unfreeze it yourself. Please contact us so we can help you.
