If your business uses a tool or software to create invoice templates for your customers, you can add a permanent Wise payment link to those invoices. When customers click the link, they can enter the amount they owe you and pay you immediately.
The link doesn’t expire.
Find your link
From your Wise Business account, go to Payments.
Select Payment links
At the top of the screen under Your open link, just copy the link with the copy icon. It will be next to a URL that looks like wise.com/pay/business/yourname
Add it to your invoice
Open your invoice template in Word, Excel, or other invoicing software
Paste the link in the payment section or footer
Label the link ‘Pay online here’ or ‘Pay securely with Wise’ for clarity
Unlike specific payment requests, where you enter the amount and currency, Your open link allows the customer to set the amount they’re paying. Make sure your invoice clearly states the total due so they know how much to send.
