Why should I share my location?
With your permission, we use your device's location to:
Protect your account: We can better detect suspicious activity, like someone trying to log in to your account from a different country.
Show relevant info when you travel: We use your country location to show you location-specific information and offers, including local spending information, currency conversion rates, payment troubleshooting tips, and additional services as soon as you arrive. You can manage your notification preferences in the notification center if you don’t want to receive personalised messages from us.
How do I turn location sharing on or off?
You can change your location preferences at any time in your device’s Settings.

What if I choose not to share my location?
Sharing your location with Wise enables us to provide a better overall experience when you use the app. However, if you choose not to share this information, you’ll still be able to use all other core features in your Wise account without issue.
